Gillian Pinder - Place to Land

Gillian Pinder - Baby Girl
May 20, 2015

Gillian Pinder - Little Baby GirlEven though Gillian and I both live in Saskatoon, we hadn't seen each other in person for a couple of months, communicating mostly via FaceBook...... until yesterday. We spent the afternoon together listening to mixes and working on her new song, "Shadows". It ia always so great to see her. At the risk of sounding "gushy", I have had the pleasure of watching grow up from a wiggly little girl, into a giggly teenager to an intelligent, articulate, sometimes still squiggly young lady.

"Place to Land" has been around for a while...... a bit of a thorn in my side. I have been the cause of the problems I faced mixing this song.... stupid mistakes...... dumb errors...... all by me. Anyway, I'm happy that Gill's happy with it...... so here it is. Enjoy!
